6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry and lead records: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you become a client.
  • Client records: for the duration of our engagement and as long as required under tax, accounting and other applicable laws.
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs: up to 12 months.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the relevant tool, as described in our Cookie Policy.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. How we protect your data

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff, storage of enquiry records outside the public web directory, spam and abuse protection on forms, and regular review of our systems. We contact you only about the enquiry you submitted or services you have engaged us for. If we send you updates or offers, you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or by emailing info@alivancetech.com.

10. Children

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

The Website may link to websites we do not control, such as client websites, social media platforms and partner directories. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
